WARJORN Nations Rulebook

1. Introduction

Welcome to WARJORN Nations, a Minecraft server dedicated to worldbuilding, character development, and immersive roleplay. Our goal is to create a dynamic and fair environment where players can build nations, forge alliances, wage wars, and develop rich stories. This rulebook outlines the server rules to ensure fair play and constructive interactions.

2. General Rules & Punishments

  1. Respect Others – Harassment, hate speech, and toxicity will not be tolerated.

    • Punishment: Warning → Temporary mute → Permanent ban for repeat offenses.

  2. No Cheating or Exploiting – The use of hacks, x-ray, or other unfair modifications is strictly prohibited.

    • Punishment: Immediate ban with appeal option.

  3. No Griefing – Destruction of builds without a valid in-game war declaration or roleplay justification is forbidden.

    • Punishment: Rollback + Warning → Temporary ban → Permanent ban.

  4. No Combat Logging – Leaving the game to avoid combat is not allowed.

    • Punishment: First offense: Warning → Repeat offense: Temporary ban.

  5. Roleplay Encouragement – Players should engage in roleplay whenever possible, helping to maintain the immersive experience.

    • Punishment: Encouragement rather than enforcement, but chronic refusal may result in a forced roleplay restriction.

  6. Forum & Discord Conduct – Discussions should remain civil, and off-topic or spam posts will be moderated.

    • Punishment: Warning → Temporary mute → Ban for persistent offenders.

3. Land Claiming & Nation Rules

  1. Nations & Land Claims

    • Nations must be officially registered on the forum to claim land.

    • Land claims must be continuous; disconnected territories require a strong justification.

    • Proxy claiming (claiming land far from your main territory) is only allowed with an established roleplay reason.

    • Overlapping claims will be resolved by staff intervention.

    • Punishment: Invalid claims will be revoked; repeated abuse may result in temporary nation restrictions.

  2. Proxy Claiming Rules

    • Nations must have a physical presence (such as a settlement or outpost) in the claimed area within one week.

    • Proxy claims require IC (in-character) justification, such as colonization or diplomatic agreements.

    • Abandoned or inactive proxy claims may be revoked.

    • Punishment: Proxy claims that fail to meet requirements will be removed; repeated misuse may lead to temporary claim restrictions.

  3. War & War Claiming

    • War must be formally declared through the forum before any combat or raiding occurs.

    • War claims must involve direct conflict; claiming inactive land just for expansion is forbidden.

    • Capturing land through war requires occupation for at least 48 hours before official ownership changes.

    • War must have roleplay depth—random griefing under the guise of war is not allowed.

    • Punishment: Invalid war claims will be voided; unauthorized raiding may result in rollback and temporary bans.

4. Economy & Trade

  1. Free Market Encouraged – Players can establish shops, trade routes, and economies freely.

  2. Scamming is Allowed – As WARJORN Nations follows a laissez-faire approach, scamming is not punishable; the market will self-correct.

  3. Resource Gathering – Large-scale resource farming should not ruin the environment excessively; responsible mining and deforestation practices are encouraged.

    • Punishment: Excessive resource abuse may result in rollback or temporary restrictions.

5. Warfare & Combat

  1. Fair Combat – No excessive spawn camping or using exploits for unfair advantages.

    • Punishment: Warning → Temporary ban → Permanent ban for repeat offenders.

  2. Raiding Limitations – Raiding is allowed during war but must be done in a way that allows the defending side to rebuild and continue roleplay.

    • Punishment: Excessive destruction outside of war terms may result in rollback and temporary restrictions.

  3. Surrender & Treaties – Surrender terms must be fair and leave room for roleplay continuity.

    • Punishment: Invalid surrender terms will be voided by staff.

6. Forum & Discord Rules

  1. Forum Roleplay – Nations are encouraged to post updates, treaties, and declarations on the forum.

  2. Toxicity & Spam – Posts should be constructive and in line with the server’s worldbuilding goals.

    • Punishment: Warning → Temporary mute → Ban for repeated violations.

  3. Moderation Compliance – Staff decisions must be respected; appeals can be made for disputes.

    • Punishment: Ignoring staff warnings may result in temporary or permanent bans.

7. Enforcement & Punishments

  1. Warnings & Temporary Bans – Minor infractions may result in warnings, with repeat offenses leading to temporary bans.

  2. Permanent Bans – Severe violations, such as hacking or severe harassment, may result in a permanent ban.

  3. Appeal Process – Banned players may appeal by submitting a case on the forum with reasoning and evidence.

Welcome to WARJORN. A new opportunity.
